Luis E. Henao

Henao, parochial vicar of Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos Parish, was placed on leave in 2002 following the receipt of an allegation accusing Henao of abusing an individual in 1981. Archbishop Alfred Hughes and a review board later reinstated Henao that same year after finding insufficient evidence to keep Henao on administrative leave.
