Reportedly accused in 2015-16 of molesting two brothers, one by then deceased, in the 1970s. Report to state police; investigation closed because the surviving brother did not want to press charges. Another man said that when he was age 12, Nunez “spooned” him in bed after his mother insisted the boy stay the night in the rectory. Nunez denied the allegations. Not on diocese’s list 4/12/19. Retired in 2018; living in 5/19 in a diocesan nursing home.
