Ordained for the Archdiocese of New Orleans. Incardinated into the Baton Rouge diocese when it was formed in 1961. Died in 1975. Named publicly as accused by the Baton Rouge diocese on its list in early 2019. It notes an allegation received in 8/07 of abuse by Neubig in the mid-1950s, while he was assigned to Immaculate Conception in Lakeland.
