The Archdiocese of New Orleans settled a lawsuit that was filed in 2015 which accused priest Kenneth Hamilton of the Society of the Divine World religious order and deacon Lloyd Glapion of sexually abusing a boy at St. Augustine Catholic Church in the 1980s. Both Hamilton and Glapion denied the allegations.
