Francis William LeBlanc

Francis LeBlanc was a priest from 1959 to 1967, then spent the next 20 years as a New Orleans Police officer until he retired.  In 1996, Francis LeBlanc pled guilty to molesting three girls whose ages ranged from 7-10 and was later sentenced.  The alleged sexual abuse occurred during sleep overs at his home from March 1994 to August 1995.
