Michael B. Fraser

Fraser was accused in a 1998 lawsuit for abusing a boy in Pearl River, Louisiana in 1991. Fraser denied the allegations made in the lawsuit and the suit was settled in 2004. Fraser was removed in 2004 following an allegation which accused Fraser of abusing a child in the 1980s at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. Another accusation alleged that Fraser abused a boy during his assignment at St. Raphael the Archangel on or about 1983. Fraser was among a number of priests who later brought suit against Archbishop Alfred Hughes in 2005 for defamation.
