Patrick R. Click

In 1969, when Patrick Click was studying to be a priest, he had a summer job at Madonna Manor, a Catholic home for orphans and troubled children. Years later, a number of men brought lawsuits alleging they had been sexually abused at Madonna Manor in the 1960s. One former resident alleged that he was abused by Click. Click remained active in the church after these accusations. In 2013, an anonymous letter was sent to Click’s parish regarding allegations of past sexual abuse and threatening to make these allegations public unless he was removed from his position.
