Salvatore Isgro

In 1973, Salvatore Isgro was the leader of the Eastern Province that supervised Salesians in New Orleans and other areas.
A plaintiff brought a lawsuit where he alleged that he met Isgro while working at a hospital in 1979. The plaintiff accused Isgro of placing a vial that smelled like ammonia under his nose, and then pulling the plaintiff’s pants down and raping him when he was 17 years old. Isgro died in 1990.
